The program focuses on reducing visual fatigue, improving concentration, and developing healthy eye-use habits, and it does not conflict with wearing glasses.
Each child’s condition is different. Generally, we recommend completing one full program phase and observing changes through before-and-after assessments and records.
After the course ends, we recommend that parents:
Help children maintain proper eye-use habits
Schedule regular vision check-ups
Continue stage-based eye-care training as needed
Vision prevention and control is a long-term process, not a one-time solution.。
